I Care International – 2023 Fundraiser (9/30/23 – 10/18/23)
The I Care International 2023 Fundraiser will benefit costs for our 2024 clinic such as emergent in-clinic needs and specialty custom lenses made post-clinic for selected patients with unique prescription needs (includes shipping and insurance).
For this year’s fundraiser, we will be holding a Booze Wagon raffle in addition to our annual 50/50 raffle. For the Booze Wagon raffle, you must be 21 to enter, be local to the Morris (IL) area, and the winner must pick up their prize!
Raffle Ticket Prices are the same for either the 50/50 or the Booze Wagon:
$5 for 1 Ticket or $20 for 5 Tickets
Payments for 50/50 and Booze Wagon raffle tickets can be made in the following ways:
Mail check to: I Care International: 880 Bedford Road, Morris, IL 60450 with details on what the check is for with your contact information. (i.e., 50/50 or Booze Wagon raffle tickets).
Via icareinternational.org: Simply click on the donate button and fill out the payment information. If you want to purchase 50/50 and Booze Wagon raffle tickets at the same time, it can be done. Just fill out the message area at the bottom of the form with details on what you want to purchase with your contact information.
Paypal or Square: Important! If paying this way, please make sure to email Mary separately at [email protected] with details on what you want to purchase and your contact information.
All raffle tickets purchased in the above ways will be filled out for you and a picture can be sent, IF requested.
Note: We will be selling tickets in person for both the 50/50 and Booze Wagon raffles at the Grundy County Fairgrounds located at 8890 North Illinois Rt 47 in Morris, IL on Saturday, 9/30/23 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the outside Pavilion area in slot #4. The Booze Wagon will be on display should you want to take a closer look. Sales for both raffles will end on October 18th and the drawings will be held on October 19th at 7:30 p.m.
We plan to also have a drop box for eyeglasses at the I Care booth at the fairgrounds on 9/30/23 and are especially in need of more children’s glasses.
We had a successful clinic this year in Guatemala, helping ~1500 people, and are currently working on our clinic plans for 2024. THANK YOU in advance for your support!
