Holly Naylor from I Care International awarded Valeria Rodriguez and Vanessa Rodriguez each a $500 scholarship on June 2, 2022. Jocelyn Trejo was awarded $1,000. These students participated in the used Eyeglasses Neutralization Program. The scholarships were awarded from a private donor for the many hours of service these students provided over several years. Phil always made a visit to Paso Robles High School to check out the program anytime he was in California.
